Creamy Mushroom and Courgette Pasta
Easy to make and delicuous pasta dish for the whole family. Make the sauce while the pasta is boiling!
Ingredients
- penne
- mushrooms
- courgette
- onion
- garlic
- cream
- white win (optional)
- olive oil
- butter (optional for the mushrooms)
- salt
- pepper
- parmesan (optional)
- parsely, fresh or dry (optional - dill also works)
Steps
- Boil the penne as per instructions on the packaging
- Fry the onion, garlic in olive oil in a big pan or wok for a minute and then thow in the courgette
- Fry the mushrooms in butter in a separate pan. Sprinkle with salt.
- When the mushrooms are a bit brown you can throw them in the pan with the courgette
- Pour in the white wine and let it cook a bit to let the alcolhol evaporate
- Pour in the cream and keep stirring until it thickens a bit.
- Pour in the parmesan. If you ahve dried parsley you can put that in now.
- When the pasta is done and well drained, you can throw the pasta in with the sauce and stir well. Or place the pasta in a bowl and put the sauce on top. Either way, otionally sprinkle with paremsan and fresh parsley (or dill can be nice too).
