Easy to make, healthy, gluten free.

Ingredients

  • Spinach: handful
  • Tapicoa Flour: 4 tablespoons
  • Raw oats: 2 tablespoons
  • Egg: 1x (more if you want to add an omelette)
  • Milk: a splash to help it stay runny
  • Salt: to taste
  • Cheese: as topping

Steps

  1. Pancake: Place ingredients in a blender and mix thoroughly

  2. Omelette (optional): Put an omelette into the pancake, add cheese.
