Ingredients
- Spinach: handful
- Tapicoa Flour: 4 tablespoons
- Raw oats: 2 tablespoons
- Egg: 1x (more if you want to add an omelette)
- Milk: a splash to help it stay runny
- Salt: to taste
- Cheese: as topping
