Ingredients
- tofu (I’ve discovered so brands are sturdier than others, but also smoked tofu is easiest.)
- broccoli
- green beans
- sesame seeds
- sesame oil (for frying)
Steps
- The trick with tofu is to let it dry out a bit before cooking it.
- Pour a good deal of oil into the pan and fry the tofu on a high heat until a bit crispy
- Boil or steam the broccoli and beans, but not too long so they stay a bit crunchy
- Throw the broccoli, beans and seasame seeds in with the tofu for another minute
- Serve in bowl
