Veggie Bangers and Mash
A classic british meal with healthy greens.
Ingredients
- Garden Gourmet Sensational Sausages
- Bonduelle Brocolli roosjes (frozen)
- Bio (organic) salted butter
- Brussel Sprouts (frozen)
- Potatos (for mashing)
- Milk (oat milk)
Steps

Garlic and Onion: Chop the garlic. Cut the onions. Put in a bowl with some Thyme leaves.

Carrots: Chop the carrots in small pieces and put in another bowl

Cooking: Pour olive oil in a big pot. But it on the heat. Let the Onion and Garlic cook for a minute or 2 and then put in the carrot and let that cook for another 4 minutes.

Cooking: Pour in a little more olive oil and then throw the chopped tomatoes in. Put the tomato paste in.
